形態特徵

Large deciduous trees, glabrous.
Petioles 3–6 cm long, glabrous; leaflets narrowly ovate or ovate or elliptic, 3–5(–7), 7–9 cm long, 2–3 cm wide, serrate, glabrous, cuspidate or long cuspidate at apex, acute or obtuse or rounded at base, lateral veins 8–10 pairs, elevated on both surfaces, petiolules 0.5–2.5 cm long.
Inflorescence shorter than leaves. Flowers small; calyx cupulate, 0.5–1 mm long, glabrous; corolla 4-lobed, lobes oblong, ca. 2 mm long; stamens ca. 1.5 mm long; ovary ovoid.
Fruit linear-obovoid, 2–2.5 cm long, obtuse or retuse at apex.

分布

台灣 : in thickets at low and medium altitudes throughout the island.
世界 : The Ryukyus.
